Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days of purchase. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Method

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery typically taking 2–3 working days from dispatch (excluding processing time).

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, which you can use to follow your delivery's progress.

Delivery Times

Please note that total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. For example, an order placed on Monday may be dispatched by the following Monday, with delivery 2–3 working days after that.

Shipping Costs

A flat rate of £5 applies to all orders, calculated at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 days of dispatch, or your tracking shows an issue, please contact us at hello@ffabrigfamily.com so we can help resolve it.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail once the parcel has left our hands, but we're happy to help investigate and support any claims if needed.
